Stacker Fork
The specific principles and structure can be summarized as follows:
- Fork system: Composed of 3 sections of the fork body:
· Lower fork (fixed fork):
Directly installed on the load platform as the telescopic base.
· Middle fork:
Driven by gears and racks/chain wheels and chains, it moves outwards along the lower fork by about
half of its own length.
· Upper fork (front fork):
Continues to extend outwards from the midpoint of the middle fork to complete the final grabbing or
placement of the cargo.
- Drive and guide components:
Including gears and racks, chain wheels and chains, guide rollers, sliders, etc., to ensure
smooth telescoping.
- Control system:
Achieve precise positioning through sensors (proximity switches, limit switches), encoders,
motors, etc., with repeat positioning accuracy of up to ±1mm.
The stacker crane has the following advantages:
1. Unique dual-track structure, smoother operation, and lower noise.
2. Built-in photoelectric control mode, safer to use;
3. Passed a long-life test of 100,000 cycles, providing greater peace of mind during use;
4. Manufactured by Huade CNC machining center, ensuring more reliable quality.
The core working principle of the telescopic forks of the stacker crane is to achieve precise storage and retrieval of goods through the differential telescoping of the three fork bodies (upper fork, middle fork, lower fork) in conjunction with the drive system.
